Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Margin Analyst to oversee margin analysis, manage supply chain cost structures, and align financial insights with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust margin strategies that support growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Margin Analysis: Evaluate supply chain margins across procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Cost Optimization: Track costs, variances, and efficiency metrics to maximize profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks in supply chain operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of ERP systems, digital analytics tools, and automation practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to align margin strategies with business objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed margin and supply chain reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain or financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in margin-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and supply chain analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional agribusiness organizations preferred.
