Supply Chain Officer

Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of food items,and other canteen supplies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Negotiate prices, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and stock movements. Coordinate with kitchen and operations staff for daily requirements. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
