Key responsibilities

• Oversee the supply chain: Manage and monitor all aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate logistics: Arrange the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and meet operational demands.
• Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
• Handle procurement: Manage the process of ordering supplies, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and setting up contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and negotiate terms to reduce costs.
• Improve processes: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain practices, processes, and networks to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
