Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Rapid Supplies Middle East, a global leader in hospitality products, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to support our growing operations in Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, and who are eager to further develop their career in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and assist in supplier identification and onboarding
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs and purchase orders
• Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with local and international suppliers for order follow-ups
• Maintain documentation and records related to procurement and logistics
• Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring smooth supply chain operations

Candidate Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to team structure)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
• Strong understanding of basic supply chain concepts
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must reside in Karachi and be available for on-site work
• Able to join immediately
