As a Planner at Whitesell Corporation, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and customer fulfillment running smoothly. You’ll plan and manage the supply of finished goods and production components across multiple sites—helping us meet customer demand efficiently while maintaining smart inventory levels. This is a detail-driven, analytical role that offers visibility across purchasing, production, and customer service teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage the supply of finished goods and components to meet customer and production requirements for assigned sites.
  • Maintain system planning data (e.g., part status, safety stock, lead times) to ensure accurate forecasts.
  • Review customer orders and respond to changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Identify seasonal parts and develop inventory plans with management approval.
  • Release and track purchase and shop order requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and communication across sites.
  • Partner with internal teams to address supplier issues, minimize obsolescence, and improve planning accuracy.
  • Support smooth transitions for new product launches and phase-outs.
  • Communicate planning updates and issues clearly with internal stakeholders and customers.

What You Bring

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field) or commensurate experience working in a planning role in an OEM environment for at least 4 years.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in materials planning, production control, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing experience a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
