Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Industrial engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supply chain coordination role, demonstrating competence in fleet and stock management.
• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics software (e.g., SAP).
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management:

• Order to Cash, Process sales orders and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in relevant system according to defined process and standards.
• Conduct physical checks of incoming finished goods and semi-finished goods, verifying quality and quantity.
• Manage customer returns, and prepare the defined process
• Coordinate and ensure correct loading of shipments, preventing errors and delays.
• Maintain optimal stock control, conducting regular counts and coordinating adjustments.
  
  

Stock Management

• Utilize SAP to manage all product transactions, from all locations entry to dispatch.
• Conduct physical checks of incoming finished goods and raw materials, verifying quality and quantity.
• Coordinate and ensure correct loading of shipments, preventing errors and delays.
• Maintain optimal stock control, conducting regular counts and coordinating adjustments.
• Manage, supervise, and control the pallet process, ensuring smooth flow and efficiency.
• Complete necessary SAP stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
  

Operation Management

• Execute operational tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring adherence to established KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics activity files and reports, providing timely insights.
• Actively participate in system development and improvement efforts, contributing to innovative solutions.
• Guarantee field activities are conducted according to standard procedures, upholding quality and consistency.
