to lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, replenishment planning, and S&OP coordination. The role will ensure product availability across stores, e-commerce, wholesale, export, and international markets while reducing excess stock, slow-moving inventory, and working capital exposure.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly demand planning process across categories, SKUs, regions, stores, e-commerce, wholesale, export, and international channels.
-
Develop statistical forecasts based on historical sales, seasonality, promotions, new launches, market trends, customer demand signals, and commercial input.

Partner with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to validate demand assumptions and align forecasts with business plans.
-
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes of variances, and implement corrective actions.
-
Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, purchase plans, production plans, and replenishment plans.
-
Lead or coordinate the S&OP process to align demand, supply, financial targets, capacity, risks, and management decisions.
-
Ensure alignment between planned demand, supplier lead times, factory capacity, warehouse capacity, logistics constraints, and store requirements.
-
Report supply risks, shortages, excess inventory, delayed shipments, and capacity constraints to senior management.
-
Define inventory policies by SKU, category, and channel, including safety stock, reorder points, minimum and maximum levels, ABC classification, and service-level targets.
-
Manage replenishment plans for stores, warehouses, e-commerce, franchise markets, and international branches.
-
Reduce stock-outs while avoiding overstock, obsolescence, discontinued items, and slow-moving inventory.
-
Support new store openings, seasonal peaks, campaigns, product launches, limited editions, gift sets, bundles, and promotional activities.
-
Ensure launch readiness, including finished goods, packaging materials, testers, display materials, and allocation plans.
-
Manage planning parameters in ERP and demand planning systems, including lead times, MOQ, order frequency, safety stock, forecast codes, and SKU lifecycle status.
-
Develop dashboards covering forecast accuracy, stock availability, inventory days, ageing stock, replenishment performance, supply risks, and S&OP decisions.
-
Improve planning tools, templates, master data, and reporting automation.
Requirements:
