supply chain (Plant Head)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end supply chain activities within the plant including procurement, inventory, warehousing

· Ensure optimum stock levels through effective inventory planning and monitoring.

· Manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure continuous supply of materials.

· Oversee dispatch, transportation, and delivery of finished goods

· Analyze supply chain metrics and create weekly/monthly performance reports.

· Implement supply chain SOPs, quality checks, and safety norms across the plant

· Lead and mentor supply chain staff and plant teams.

Skills & Requirements

· Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics & procurement

· Expertise in production planning, MRP, and ERP systems

· Understanding of warehousing, quality control, and dispatch operations

· Knowledge of manufacturing plant processes and compliance

· Leadership & team management

· Strong communication & coordination

Qualification:

· B.Tech/BE/Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience required.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ Years in Supply Chain, Production, Plant Operations

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
