Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role:

You will be the central nerve center of Group Supply Chain projects, hunting down data, creating structure from chaos, and turning raw project updates into compelling stories for leadership. This is not an IT PMO or a passive coordinator role. You will build processes from scratch in an unstructured environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Data Detective Work:

• Chase updates from 35+ entities across Facilities, Logistics, Procurement, Export Control
• Extract raw data from multiple sources (Excel, SAP, emails, site reports)
• Clean, validate, and structure fragmented information

Dashboard & Presentation Builder:

• Build executive dashboards in Power BI/Excel from scratch
• Create board-level presentations that tell a clear story
• Personally present findings to senior management and steering committees

Process Creator (Not Just Maintainer):

• Design and implement tracking templates, risk registers, and reporting formats
• Establish PMO processes where none exist today
• Drive accountability through follow-up and governance

Project Areas You'll Cover:

• Facilities: Factories, warehouses, bunkers, construction
• Logistics: Freight optimisation, warehouse integration
• Procurement: Category strategies, supplier management
• Export Control & Compliance: SAP GTS, trade regulations
• Supply Chain Security: Risk monitoring, mitigation planning

Who We Need:

• Engineering graduate with 5+ years in manufacturing/defence supply chain
• Builder mentality: Proven experience creating PMO processes from scratch
• Hands-on data skills: Advanced Power BI (building dashboards), Excel (Power Query), MS Project
• Proactive chaser: Comfortable pushing back on stakeholders to get data
• Storyteller: Can transform complex data into clear executive narratives
