The Supply Chain Project Analyst will manage and optimize the flow of goods and information within the company’s supply chain, focusing on project-based initiatives. They will analyze data to determine timelines, inventory exposure and cost savings; identify areas of improvement in processes and execution and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with all areas of the organization including Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory, Planning, Engineering, Brand, Sourcing and Suppliers and the extended Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Supply Chain processes (buying, production planning, demand planning and/or S&OP), ERP systems and project management.
What will your day look like?

Project Management: Manage and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the key point of contact for all supply chain related projects, participating in multiple project teams and coordinating efforts to achieve successful outcomes.

Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data, including inventory positions, demand and supply plans, lead times and Bill of Materials to develop timelines, mitigate risk and support decision making through project execution.

Process Optimization: Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize inventory management during project execution.

Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with suppliers on project execution, including Bill of Material updates, timeline planning and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Performance Monitoring: Identify and track key performance indicators (KPI’s) and generate reports to assess supply chain performance and project-related risks.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise within supply chain, such as delays, shortages or quality issues.

Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the execution plan and provide direction on inventory disposition, submit change requests for BOM updates and life cycle management and elevate risks/watchouts.
- Leverage Tools: Partner with IT and Data Science teams to identify best practices and continuous improvement in Oracle processes and related system interfaces to support project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Project Management experience
- Experienced working with ERP system (preferably Oracle)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel User
- PMP, IBF or APICS Certification a plus
- Strong analytical ability.
- Must work well at the senior and middle management levels of the company.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Understand how to facilitate the gathering of information to support project planning and execution.
- Ability to work with Excel and other analytical tools including Microsoft PowerBI to collect, validate, and pull strategic information from our data.
- Demonstrate good judgment.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
