Supply Chain Specialist

A fast-growing women’s modest fashion brand with customers across North America and the Middle East. We operate primarily online through Shopify and distribute from multiple warehouses in the USA, Canada, and UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support our operations and scale our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process: production tracking, inbound logistics, inventory planning, and coordination across 3PL warehouses (USA, Canada, UAE).

Maintain accurate product and inventory data in Shopify, including SKUs, stock counts, and variants.

Analyze sales velocity and inventory reports to recommend reorders, identify bestsellers, and optimize stock levels.

Conduct competitive market research to benchmark pricing and support product positioning.

Partner with suppliers to monitor production timelines and ensure timely deliveries.

Forecast demand in collaboration with marketing and product teams for upcoming launches and campaigns.

Troubleshoot fulfillment issues with 3PL partners (inventory discrepancies, lost shipments, delays).

Propose workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (fashion/apparel industry preferred).

Strong Shopify experience (inventory management, product setup, analytics).

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

Knowledge of product lifecycle, demand planning, and reorder strategies.

Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate SKU performance, sales velocity, and margins.

Experience with competitive market research and price analysis.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and remotely.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with fast-scaling DTC eCommerce brands.

Familiarity with multi-warehouse setups and international shipping logistics.

Experience with Shopify-integrated supply chain tools (e.g., Inventory Planner, Stocky).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
