Overview:
Novia Corporation, a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered rooftop equipment supports and vibration isolation systems, is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to support our growing operations. This role will own the day-to-day purchasing, planning, and supply chain coordination needed to ensure material availability, production continuity, and cost efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
You’ll work closely with our Inventory Lead, Logistics Specialist, as well as the Engineering, Production, and Finance teams to maintain accurate data in SAP Business One, improve procurement processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Essential Duties:
Purchasing & Procurement
  • Create and manage purchase orders in SAP B1 for raw materials, hardware, and subcontracted services.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes, and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms as directed.
  • Track order acknowledgments, lead times, and expedite late or critical orders as needed.
Supply Chain Planning
  • Monitor reorder points, safety stock levels, and open order reports in SAP B1; trigger replenishments proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Lead to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and updates to stock.
  • Support production scheduling by ensuring materials and components are available ahead of build dates.
  • Inventory & Data Accuracy
  • Partner with the Inventory Lead to analyze cycle counts, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate master data (vendors, lead times, item costs, reorder levels) within SAP B1.
  • Assist with material usage tracking, production order closures, and reconciliation of inventory movements.
Continuous Improvement
  • Support process improvement and cost-saving initiatives (dual & triple sourcing, blanket POs, lead-time reductions).
  • Contribute to KPI tracking (inventory turns, vendor on-time delivery, PO accuracy, creditor days).
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline purchasing and planning workflows within SAP B1.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Other Information:
  • Salaried - Full Time (M-F; 8:00AM-5:00PM)
  • Commissions
  • Works out of our Salem NH office, 1 Northwestern Drive
