Job Summary

The Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in toller management, and end-to-end supply planning activities. This role ensures third-party production execution, raw material availability, and accurate SKU setup. The position collaborates closely with external tollers, internal cross-functional teams, and the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to maintain operational efficiency and accurate forecasting.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Production Planning & Toller Management

• Coordinate monthly production reconciliation with tollers.
• Negotiate production windows and tolling fee rates to optimize cost and capacity.
• Issue purchase orders to tollers in alignment with the production plan.
• Ensure timely ordering of raw materials and coordinate transfers from internal warehouses when necessary.
• Hold regular meetings with key tollers to monitor schedules and ensure plan adherence.
• Provide tollers with all necessary documentation and information for the manufacturing of new products.
  
  

Supply Planning

• Create and maintain new SKU records in the system, supporting production, procurement, customer service, and sales.
• Assist the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager with forecast updates and demand planning meetings.
• Support cross-functional teams by ensuring timely communication and accurate supply data.
  
  

Backup Support Responsibilities

• Backup to Onsite Production Planning: Provide coverage and operational support for the onsite production planning team as needed, ensuring continuity of scheduling, material coordination, and factory communication.
• Backup to Logistics Manager: Serve as secondary support to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager during absences or peak workload periods, assisting with logistics oversight, transportation coordination, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Supply Chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with materials management tools such as MRP, inventory analysis, or supplier/part profiles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
• Organizational and problem-solving skills required
