Supply Chain Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview:

Artemis Freight Carriers Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate inventory movement, oversee shipping and receiving activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure efficient supply chain processes across warehouse operations. This role is essential in maintaining smooth freight flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment for customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments and warehouse scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory reports
• Track deliveries and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety procedures and logistics standards
• Assist with load planning, inventory audits, and order fulfillment processes
• Maintain organized storage areas and support warehouse efficiency initiatives
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software for tracking and reporting
• Support supply chain optimization and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and freight coordination

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
