Role Objective

To manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics for a nutraceutical B2C brand, ensuring on-time dispatch, stock accuracy, product safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills Required

• Inward, storage, picking, packing & dispatch operations
• FIFO / FEFO inventory practices (critical for nutraceuticals)
• Batch-wise & expiry-date inventory tracking
• Experience with B2C order fulfilment
• Handling courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
• COD / prepaid shipment coordination
• RTO, returns & reverse logistics management
• Knowledge of FSSAI storage & hygiene norms
• Label, batch & MRP verification before dispatch
• Route planning & dispatch scheduling
• Courier performance tracking (TAT, damages, losses)
• Freight cost control & negotiation
• ERP / inventory software / Excel proficiency
• Daily MIS, stock ageing & dispatch reports
• Warehouse staff supervision & training
• SOP implementation & discipline
• Problem-solving & accountability mind-set

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete warehouse operations: inward, storage, picking, packing & dIspatch
• Maintain batch-wise, SKU-wise & expiry-wise inventory
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance
• Oversee B2C order fulfilment across marketplaces & D2C website
• Coordinate with courier partners & resolve delivery issues
• Handle returns, damaged goods & RTO analysis
• Maintain dispatch accuracy, packing quality & damage control
• Prepare daily & monthly inventory and logistics MIS
• Coordinate with QC team for batch release & holds
• Control logistics costs & improve operational efficiency

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
• Diploma in Warehouse / Logistics Management (preferred)

‍Experience Required

3–6 years

• Experience in B2C / Nutraceutical

Logistics

• Hands-on warehouse & courier management experience
• Experience with e-commerce fulfilment is mandatory
