The Supply Coordinator supports the efficient flow of products throughout the supply chain by coordinating purchasing activities, monitoring inventory, assisting with logistics, and providing reporting and analytical support. Working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers, this role helps maintain reliable product availability, accurate inventory, and cost-effective supply chain operations while supporting the company's quality and service standards.
The Supply Coordinator supports the procurement and distribution of propane, refined fuels, lubricants, DEF, storage tanks, tank monitoring equipment, and other operational supplies.
This position is based in our support office in San Antonio, Texas.
Purchase order coordination and oversight including initial ordering administrative support, tracking orders, providing status updates and ensuring inventory set up in system
Provide notice of any order or inventory management issues including critically low stocks, delivery delays, inability to fulfill an order, inventory discrepancies
Help monitor supply order performance and flag potential disruptions
Tank Monitoring program support including daily and weekly reporting
Prepare pricing reports and analytics as requested for total delivered pricing optimization
Monitor Bulk Storage Tank Inventory product levels and help coordinate Transport deliveries
Assist with any BOL coordination or reconciliation with supplier and internal operations
Provide contract administration support for products and maintain contract performance tracking and analysis as needed
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics
Assist with reviewing procurement processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Support and help maintain long term relationships with key suppliers and carriers
Support inventory optimization through the value chain to help drive profitability and security of supply
Monitor regional/national pricing and supply chain conditions and provide recommendations to support demand planning
Provide market insights and pricing support to retail operations as requested
Support as needed routing and dispatching of propane transports

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, management or related field with experience or related skills; or a combination of experience and education
1-3 years of supply chain management experience and/or experience in the oil and gas industry
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Relationship builder
Good listening skills
Prefer commodity supply chain, pricing and logistics experience
Inventory management and asset optimization skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
