Calculating & discussing (Planned vs Actual) production in monthly meeting with cft & global team

Ensure the forecast and net demand plan for factory and decoding into production plan and detailed schedules.

Coordinate operations and act as the lead of manufacturing site and driving the supply chain network with balancing inventory.

Coordinate supply planning meeting with global warehouses and distribution centres to analyse and discuss supply plans.

Order management with internal logistics team and global S&OP team.

Secure delivery performance according to customer service targets (OTIF, Backlogs and Inventory turns.)

Coordinate product phase in/out in relation to factory and supply chain targets.

Plan, Schedule, monitor, and control material requirements for production, including plans for manufacturing kits
