At MNZIL , we don’t just source buildings — we build the backbone of our growth. As one of the fastest-growing worker accommodation providers in the GCC, we are building a world-class supply engine to power our expansion across the country.

We’re hiring a Supply Lead to fully own MNZIL’s end-to-end supply pipeline — from hands-on sourcing to large-scale strategy and team leadership.

🔑 What You’ll Own

1. Sourcing & Acquisition

• Identify, evaluate, and secure accommodation facilities including apartments, villas, labor accommodations, and full buildings.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and government stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close leasing and acquisition deals at competitive market rates.

2. Regulatory & Compliance

• Understand and navigate all UAE regulations related to leasing, worker housing, facility operations, and municipality requirements.
• Ensure all sourced properties fully meet legal, safety, licensing, and operational compliance standards.

3. Pricing & Financial Optimization

• Develop pricing models that balance profitability with market competitiveness and client satisfaction.
• Continuously assess cost-reduction opportunities and revenue optimization across the entire supply operation.

4. Strategic Location Planning

• Map, analyze, and prioritize high-potential geographic areas based on client demand, transportation access, and long-term expansion plans.
• Build a long-term national supply roadmap aligned with MNZIL’s growth strategy.

5. Team Building & Leadership

• Start as a fully hands-on operator, owning sourcing and acquisitions personally.
• Gradually hire, train, manage, and scale a dedicated supply team as the business grows.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operations to ensure supply matches upcoming demand and active client needs.
• Support large tenders and strategic enterprise accounts with custom supply solutions.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, hospitality, or facility supply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE leasing practices (labor housing experience is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage pricing, cost, and financial models.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute on the ground.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred:

• Experience in startup or fast-growth environments.
• Prior experience building or leading teams.
• Strong active network within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
