Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support teaching and learning across the school. The role involves working closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities, supporting pupils individually, in small groups, and during whole-class lessons, including children with additional needs and English as an Additional Language (EAL). You will also contribute to pupil assessments, assist with preparing resources, supervise and engage with children during non-classroom times, and lead targeted support sessions, all while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience working in an educational setting, ideally with EYFS or Primary-aged children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.

Ability to manage groups of children positively and handle challenging behaviour calmly.

Flexibility to adapt quickly to different classrooms, year groups, and school routines.

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
