JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Supply Tech will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of wound graft supplies within the organization. This position will report directly to the Inventory Control Manager and will be responsible for various inventory-related tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing wound graft supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wound Graft Supply Management:
• Receive, inspect, and store wound graft supplies according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for wound graft supplies, including expiration dates and lot numbers.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to wound graft supply orders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management processes specific to wound graft supplies.

General Inventory Support:

• Assist the Inventory Control Manager in various inventory-related tasks, such as cycle counting, physical inventory, and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
• Participate in inventory process improvement initiatives.

Data Entry and Reporting:

• Accurately enter inventory data into the organization's inventory management system.
• Generate reports as needed to provide insights into inventory levels, usage, and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual inventory reports.

Additional Skills (required):

• Very Strong communication skills
• High level of attention to detail with unwavering focus
• Excellent work ethics and an ability to work independently and with a team

Additional Skills (preferred):

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to wound care.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., McKesson Supply Manager/ORBITS Inventory Manager), is a plus.

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a related field.

· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Medical Supplies, procedures, medical terminology and clinical environment preferred.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage time effectively and juggle priorities to meet deadlines

· Proactive, can-do attitude with an ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

· This position will be primarily indoors at our Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK, in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
