Support Analyst

About the Role:Support the digital ecosystem for two related brands in the proprietary trading space. You will be the frontline specialist responsible for community engagement, content creation, and daily platform operations across their key online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate multiple Discord servers, handling member queries and hosting engagement activities.
• Create graphics and manage the primary Instagram account.
• Publish announcements, giveaways, and assist with newsletter distribution.
• Assist in implementing website updates and feature improvements.
• Continuously monitor all digital platforms and report on performance/improvements.
• Provide creative input and design ideas for internal projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in community support, social media, or digital coordination.
• Proficiency in Discord moderation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
• Excellent communication skills and a highly organized approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• An interest in finance or trading is beneficial.
