CSE Software Inc. is a custom digital solutions provider that has been delivering results since 1990. We are a privately held, woman‑owned business seeking a full‑time, onsite Support Analyst to join our team in Peoria, IL.

Position Summary

The Support Analyst provides technical support for desktop applications and PC environments while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to solve problems efficiently in a team‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting PC software and desktop applications
• Previous help desk or technical support experience
• Working knowledge of PC operating systems
• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft products is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem‑assessment and problem‑solving skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
