Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Follow up on Pending and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Manage and track all call activities in the CRM system.
  • Set up meetings or appointments between potential Clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for appointment setting.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
