Makkays Pvt Ltd is looking for a Support Center Executive to support daily technical support operations, customer coordination, and ticket management. This is ideal for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on exposure in customer service and after-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and emails professionally
  • Create, update, and close tickets on the support portal
  • Coordinate with technicians for scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain service logs, SLA records, and documentation
  • Assist in service reporting and KPI tracking

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn
