Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Support Executive to join our team. This role combines financial administration with customer and operational support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, manage client inquiries, and help ensure smooth internal processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Accounting/Support Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoices, receipts, payments, and data entry.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Support in generating monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Assist with vendor and customer account management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with the finance team for audits, budgeting, and month-end closing.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and clarity.
- Provide product/service information and resolve basic client issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist with order processing, account updates, and data management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or client support roles (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
