We’re Hiring: Support / Service Electrical Engineer (Back-Office)

DSO, Dubai, UAE | Shift-Based | UAE Driving License Required

Emagine is expanding its Support & Maintenance team! We are looking for Support / Service Electrical Engineers who will handle customer service, operations coordination, and first-level support for AC & DC EV chargers.

Job Description:

- Provide remote troubleshooting & first-level technical support

- Handle customer service calls, emails & case follow-ups

- Coordinate with technical teams for site visits & service jobs

- Prepare reports for internal teams, customers & government authorities

- On-site preventive/ corrective visits when required.

- Collaborate across different working shifts

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

- 2–3 years experience in technical support or electrical systems

- Strong communication & customer handling skills

- Experience dealing with UAE government authorities (preferred)

- Valid UAE driving license

- Ability to work in rotating shifts

-Arabic Speaker is a plus

-EV Charging experience is a plus
