Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support, and problem-solving solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills and is able to provide timely and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and technical support via telephone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Collect customer feedback and provide product and service information
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on requests/issues
  • Document customer interactions and provide reports
  • Monitor customer service metrics and maintain standards
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing strategies and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
