Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support, and problem-solving solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills and is able to provide timely and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support via telephone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Collect customer feedback and provide product and service information
- Maintain customer records and follow up on requests/issues
- Document customer interactions and provide reports
- Monitor customer service metrics and maintain standards
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing strategies and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
