Job Summary:

JAIN Group is seeking a responsible and dedicated Attender for its educational institutions. The Attender will assist in the smooth functioning of the school, support teaching and administrative staff, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe and organized environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and administrative staff in daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, staff rooms, corridors, and other facilities.
• Set up classrooms, furniture, and equipment for lessons, exams, and events.
• Distribute materials, letters, and notices as required.
• Support students with general assistance when needed.
• Monitor and maintain school inventory and supplies.
• Follow instructions from the Principal or Administrative Head.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada and Hindi
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit for routine cleaning, lifting, and setup tasks
• Own 2-wheeler is mandatory

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation) or equivalent
• Prior experience in a school or educational institution preferred
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and basic maintenance is desirable

Reporting:

Reports to the Administrative Head / Principal
