Support Staff (International Project)

We are looking for reliable and detail-focused Support Staff to join our Lahore-based operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who work well under pressure, have strong communication skills, and can handle monitoring and coordination responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records
• Coordinate with field teams and management as required
• Handle calls, messages, and system updates professionally
• Ensure procedures and protocols are followed at all times

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a monitoring or operations support role (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good computer skills and ability to use monitoring systems
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and organised in high-pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
