Qualifications:
· Previous experience working with children, preferably in classroom or childcare setting
· Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
· Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide a nurturing environment
· First aid certification is preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young children in learning activities
· Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual children
· A passion for early childhood education
· HEAD TEACHER CERTIFICATE A PLUS
