We specialize in working with neurodiverse children—including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, and Language Delays—through a relationship-focused model that nurtures each child’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is eager to grow professionally and open to ongoing training and supervision.
  • Has experience with or interest in the DIR/Floortime model, sensory integration, mindfulness, and social communication.

Why Join F.U.S.E.?

  • Low student-to-teacher ratio: 6 children to 2 teachers.
  • Collaborative team: Work alongside experienced lead teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and our founder and supervising child psychologist, Dr. Lauren Weeks.
  • Daily planning time and ongoing weekly supervision.
  • Extensive professional development and training, including mentorship by a veteran teacher.
  • Supportive and passionate staff culture with very low turnover—many of our lead teachers have been with F.U.S.E. since its founding.
