Support Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Support Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be the frontline hero for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless computer and network operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to users across various departments. Your expertise will help maintain the stability of our IT infrastructure, support end-users with hardware and software challenges, and contribute to a productive, technology-driven environment. Duties

• Monitor and respond to support tickets in our PSA system
• Provide remote support and triage for client issues
• Travel to client sites for hands-on work: firewall swaps, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, hardware installs
• Build, image, and provision new PCs using established processes and tools
• Communicate clearly with clients — keeping them informed and feeling confident
• Collaborate with senior staff on escalations and document your work thoroughly

Skills

• 1–3 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, break-fix, internal IT, or MSP — all considered)
• Comfortable driving to client sites
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows environments
• Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VLANs a plus)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certs are a plus — not a requirement
• MSP experience helpful but not required

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
