Great opportunity for Support Workers to join a well-established company. Working in one place in the client's home as part of an all-female team on a 2;1 basis. Working day shifts 7.00am-7.00pm on a rolling two week rota of 24 hours one week and 36 hours the second.

Responsibilities to include:

• Personal care
• Domestic duties around the home
• Support with social activities
• Medication Administration
• Tracheostomy Care
• Ventilation Care

The ideal candidate will have:

• A compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build a good rapport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Flexibility to provide cover when needed
• Ideally previous experience in a similar role providing complex care due to a spinal cord injury. Essential that applicants have some prior care experience.
• Good sense of humour
