The Surface Well Test Chief Operator is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of well testing operations at the well site. This includes planning, equipment setup, execution of the test, data monitoring, safety enforcement, and reporting. The Chief Operator leads the field crew, ensures compliance with company and client standards, and maintains high operational efficiency and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rig-up, operation, and rig-down of well testing equipment.

• Lead and coordinate field crew activities.

• Monitor well performance and test data during operations.

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on-site.

• Prepare and submit daily reports and final well test reports.
