Bluegrass Dentistry is expanding into the Louisville market with a brand-new, high-tech practice focused on full-arch implant solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team where you’ll make a real impact from day one.

We specialize in advanced surgical procedures, including All-on-X full-arch cases. Our practice is fully digital, incorporating the latest in scanning (Trios, iTero, Omnicam), digital imaging, in-house design and milling, and 3D printing.

We’re looking for a Surgical Dental Assistant with implant and/or surgical experience who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to help patients transform their lives.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in implant and surgical procedures including extractions, grafting, and All-on-X cases
• Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and sterilization of surgical operatories
• Capture digital impressions and photogrammetry scans
• Provide excellent patient communication and support pre- and post-op
• Maintain accurate documentation using Dentrix (preferred)
• Uphold the highest standards of infection control
• Anticipate doctor’s needs and contribute to efficient, smooth procedures
• Help manage surgical inventory and instruments

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience as an EDDA
• Surgical and/or implant experience supporting a Prosthodontist is required
• Experience with All-on-X or full-arch cases is a strong plus
• X-ray certified
• Coronal polishing preferred but not required
• Familiarity with digital scanners (Trios, iTero, Omnicam)
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
