Surgical Nurse

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being while following professional standards and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of patient records.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Nursing License (MOH / SCFHS).
• Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (preferably in a hospital or clinic setting).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Shift-based schedule (morning/evening/night)
• May require weekend or holiday duty
