With a loyal and growing patient base, we are looking for a talented Surgical Sales Representative to join our high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective patients to understand their goals and assess candidacy for surgical procedures
• Present and promote our surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services based on patient needs and surgeon recommendations
• Guide patients through the booking and preparation process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after consultations
• Maintain professionalism and urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborate closely with medical, sales, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey

Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others look and feel their best
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) — Preferred
• Previous experience in cosmetic surgery, medical sales, or aesthetic services is a plus

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
