Surgical Spine Sales Representative- Spine Scrub Tech background (Ann Arbor, Toledo)

Great Lakes Spine & Orthopedics (GLS) is expanding and seeking driven, self‑directed individuals to grow sales of its surgical spine implant portfolio. This is a contract medical device sales role focused on hospitals and outpatient surgery centers, with training provided and strong long‑term earning potential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue and market penetration across GLS’s spine product line
  • Build and deepen relationships with spine surgeons and OR staff
  • Provide surgical case coverage, ensuring high‑value support for surgeons and patients
  • Conduct product education, demonstrations, and surgeon training events
  • Execute strategic sales and marketing plans; deliver monthly and quarterly updates
  • Perform market research on competitors, product preferences, and growth opportunities
  • Drive full‑cycle sales: from surgeon engagement to purchasing and materials management
  • Manage assets, schedules, and territory operations with strong organization and independence

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Preferred: Surgical tech or OR experience
  • Plus: Science or biology background
  • Required:
  • Commission‑driven B2B outside sales experience
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and time‑management skills
  • High energy, initiative, and the ability to self‑manage
  • Professional demeanor and comfort with high‑standards environments
  • Four‑year college degree

Compensation

  • Starting: ~$60,000
  • Typical range: $60,000–$90,000 per year
