Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to assist in hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT). The ideal candidate is reliable, focused, maintains sterile technique, and works well in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain a sterile field
• Assist physician during hair transplant procedures
• Graft dissection and handling (preferred experience)
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
• Proper documentation and inventory management
• Provide post-procedure instructions to patients as directed

Qualifications

• Surgical Technician certification preferred
• Previous surgical or procedural experience required
• Hair transplant experience (FUE/FUT) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Professional communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graft counting and placement
• Experience in cosmetic or dermatology procedures
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus
