Experienced Surveillance Claims Investigator

Our growing independent insurance adjusting and investigation firm is seeking an experienced surveillance investigator to handle insurance claims, and workers compensation claims. Must have reliable transportation, willing to travel (NYC, The Five Boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester), professional level camera/camcorder, ability to dictate or type comprehensive reports, and have knowledge of Windows. Skills and Qualifications: Claims Investigators must consider multiple pieces of information to carefully make a decision.

• Excellent Communication skills to gather information from individuals, including medical experts, claimant’s, policyholder and witnesses for the mitigation of claims.
• Attention to detail to carefully review damages, medical reports, and other documents.
• Strong professional drive
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Time Management
• Adaptability to Change
• Knowledge of working with computer claims software and online applications (Computer Proficiency)
