Espy Group is a full-service investigative agency specializing in insurance investigations. We are actively hiring experienced Surveillance Investigators for immediate assignments throughout Mississippi.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented investigators to conduct mobile and stationary surveillance related to insurance claims. This role involves capturing high-quality video evidence and preparing detailed investigative reports while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile and stationary surveillance assignments
• Obtain clear, high-quality video evidence (covert and non-covert)
• Perform discreet in-store and event-based investigations
• Document findings in detailed, accurate, and timely reports
• Upload all video and evidence to company systems
• Follow all client guidelines and State/Federal regulations

Requirements

• Private Investigator License or ability to obtain one in Mississippi
• Minimum 2 years of surveillance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable surveillance vehicle (tinted windows preferred)
• Professional surveillance equipment (video + covert camera)
• Computer/laptop and smartphone with internet access
• Strong report writing and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel throughout the state

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance investigations experience
• SIU (Special Investigations Unit) background
• Experience with covert surveillance techniques

• Flexible / Varied hours (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed)
