Survey & Site Supervisor

#hiring for one of our client in the Construction Industry for a Project in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive topographic and boundary surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Establish precise benchmarks and grid lines for structural footprints and pile locations.
• Process field data to verify that site conditions match architectural and structural design plans.
• Manage and calibrate all surveying equipment to ensure zero-margin error.
• Oversee daily construction activities at Site.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Coordinate onsite labor and subcontractors to ensure the project remains on the critical path.
• Enforce strict site safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and hazard regulations.

Requirements:

• DAE (Civil) / 1 year Survey Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
