Key responsibilities:

• Compute Setout models, TIN surface, and 3D alignments
• Conduct accurate setouts for any steel structure, concrete foundations, precast panels, HD bolts, piling, etc
• Mark up civil infrastructure including earthworks, road elements, drainage, and underground services
• Set up Machine Control Systems
• Establish survey control marks
• Conduct feature and level surveys
• Prepare survey as-constructed drawings and reports
• Carry out volumetric surveys and cut & fill reports
• Perform any ground deformation monitoring, where required
• Verify design compatibility against existing site conditions
• Provide a design conformance report when needed
• Liaise with supervisors/project managers in planning and prioritising works

About You

This position would suit a candidate who possesses the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or equivalent
• 12D and AutoCAD Civil3D skills are advantageous but not essential
• Experience in utilising Total station, GNSS, and Laser scanning
• Sound knowledge of Map projection and LSA
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Full driver's license and flexibility/willingness to travel and live away
