Dunes Construction Hiring a Surveyor

Location: Waslet Dahshour, Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Experience Required: 7–10 Years

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our construction team. The role involves managing and executing all surveying activities on site, ensuring accurate setting out, level control, and quantity calculations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting construction execution through precise surveying, Cut & Fill analysis, and close coordination with site and technical office teams, using tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D to deliver accurate and reliable results throughout the project lifecycle

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Set out building axes, roads, and infrastructure networks according to approved drawings.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and As-Built drawings.
• Calculate and prepare Cut & Fill quantities and related reports.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station and Level.
• Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD.
• Use Civil 3D for surface modeling and quantity calculations.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and the technical office team.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for surveying works.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 7–10 years of proven experience in construction surveying works.
• Previous experience in buildings, roads, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Solid experience in Cut & Fill quantity surveying.
• Proficient in using modern surveying instruments.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment
