Job Location: Capital Smart City, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out land and site surveys, collecting accurate field data, preparing survey documentation, and supporting project execution through precise measurements and site analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct land and construction site surveys
• Perform accurate measurements and data collection
• Prepare survey reports, layouts, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams during project execution
• Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with project requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in land or construction surveying
• Proficiency in surveying instruments and measurement techniques
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and survey-related software
• Strong understanding of site layouts, levels, and mapping
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites and field assignments

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
