Surveyor with Piling company Experience

1. Pre-Construction & Site Preparation

• Study project drawings (structural, foundation, piling layout)
• Review coordinates, benchmarks, and control points
• Establish primary and secondary survey control points on site
• Verify site levels and existing ground conditions

2. Setting Out Works (Using Total Station)

• Set out pile locations as per approved drawings
• Mark pile center points accurately using Total Station
• Transfer coordinates from drawings to site grid system
• Ensure correct alignment, spacing, and orientation of piles
• Provide reference points for piling rigs

3. Leveling & Elevation Control

• Check cut-off levels and pile top levels
• Monitor ground levels before and after piling
• Ensure piles are executed within tolerance levels
• Maintain benchmark references throughout project

4. Piling Execution Support

• Guide piling rig operators for exact positioning
• Verify verticality and positioning of piles
• Coordinate with site engineers and foremen during execution
• Ensure piling is done as per approved coordinates

5. As-Built Survey & Documentation

• Record as-built coordinates of completed piles
• Prepare as-built drawings and reports
• Maintain survey logs and daily records
• Submit survey reports to consultant/client for approval

6. Quality Control & Accuracy Checks

• Perform regular calibration checks of Total Station
• Ensure accuracy within specified tolerances (± mm level)
• Cross-check pile positions with design drawings
• Identify and report deviations immediately

7. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with:
• Site Engineers
• Project Managers
• Consultants
• QA/QC teams
• Attend site meetings related to survey and piling activities

8. Equipment Handling (Total Station)

• Operate and maintain Total Station equipment
• Upload/download survey data (coordinates, layouts)
• Use surveying software for data processing
• Ensure proper handling and safety of instruments

9. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow site HSE regulations during survey activities
• Ensure safe positioning while working near heavy machinery
• Adhere to project specifications and standards

10. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
• Adjust survey data based on site constraints
• Provide alternative solutions in case of clashes or errors

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
