• Skills
• require 2 year or more sushi chef experience.
• Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly in sushi preparation or fine dining environments.
• Strong knife skills with an understanding of various cutting techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
• Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food handling in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in menu planning and catering is a plus.
