Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients such as vegetables, proteins, and toppings for poke bowls according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station to ensure food safety and efficient workflow
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to uphold health regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely assembly of poke bowls for dine-in or takeout orders
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low

Requirements

• Prior experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or food service environment is preferred
• Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience, including food handling and food industry standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative kitchen environment
