Sushi Station Dubai is a trendy and casual dining restaurant known for authentic yet innovative modern sushi and Japanese cuisine, offering great food at affordable prices in a friendly environment. We are hiring Sushi Head Chef :
- Lead and manage the sushi kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and authentic presentation.
- Develop and innovate sushi menu offerings to enhance customer experience
- Train, mentor, and supervise sushi chefs and kitchen staff, fostering skill development
- Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and coordinate with procurement for fresh seafood and ingredients
- Collaborate with management to uphold brand reputation and operational efficiency
- Drive a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork within the sushi kitchen
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of professional experience as a Sushi Chef, including leadership roles
- Proven expertise in sushi preparation with strong knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine
- Experience working in high-volume, fine dining, or upscale restaurant environments
- Strong management skills to lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with international guidelines
- Capability to manage inventory, control food costs, and coordinate procurement of fresh seafood and produce
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards consistently

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
