Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sushi chef experience required
Strong knife skills
Reliable and punctual

Valid Food Worker Card

Responsibilities
Prepare sushi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards.
Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
